Yes. If you start with Standard and later want Pro, you only pay the difference ($10). Your data and settings carry over automatically.

If you're on an annual plan, your rate is locked for the year you paid for. If you're on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime — your rate is locked for as long as this plan exists, and new prices apply only to new signups. If we ever retire this plan, we'll give you advance notice and a way to move to a comparable plan at a fair rate.
